Overview

Situated adjacent to the village of Tintern in Monmouthshire, Tintern Abbey is a must see. This spectacular Abbey is nestled within a lovely area of Wye scenery. The forested areas to its west on the Welsh side of the river to the north, have plenty of tracks and quiet lanes to roam.  Don't just cycle by, stop and have coffee and cake at one of it's cycling friendly cafes. 


Beacon Hill, St Briavels, Earlswood, Trellech and the Devil's Pulpit are just a few local places that are worth a visit on the bike.  There's plenty of up hill and down hill too! So enjoy the ride and the scenic roads that are in rapid succession.
